About Jobfynder

Jobfynder is the professional network built specifically for US IT staffing — where relationships are verified, submissions are tracked, and placements move faster because nothing gets lost between the first message and the final outcome.

To be clear about what that means: Jobfynder is not a job board, not a general social network, not an ATS, and not a CRM. It's built around one connected workflow — Connect, Discover, Submit, Trust, Place.

The problem we're built around

Recruiters submit dozens of consultants daily without knowing which jobs are real, which vendors respond, which recruiters convert, or which relationships are worth repeating. That's not a tooling gap. Staffing doesn't fail from a lack of apps — it fails because context gets lost, trust gets broken, and outcomes stay invisible, scattered across WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets, and LinkedIn noise that nobody can search six months later.

ATS platforms and CRMs don't fix that. They're built for tracking candidates inside one organization, not for carrying trust between two independent people — a bench sales recruiter and a recruiter — who've never worked together before.

Where the idea came from

The staffing industry runs on relationships, but fragmentation destroys their context and value. Jobfynder was created to bring that context back together, as a network built specifically for US staffing, where recruiters, bench sales recruiters, consultants, employers, and service providers can connect around real opportunities and build trust through real outcomes.

The founder

Pavan Kumar Narra brings 14 years of US staffing experience to Jobfynder. He saw capable people become undervalued not because they stopped being good at their jobs, but because there was no way to prove it. Jobfynder is built to give staffing professionals a digital identity backed by verified outcomes — so real experience compounds in value instead of quietly expiring in someone's inbox.

What “verified” means here

We use the word verified carefully, because most platforms let it do more work than it's earned. Today, verified on Jobfynder means Basic Verification: a confirmed email, a complete profile, and manual review by our team. It does not yet mean government ID verification, employment or credential verification, or a background check. We'd rather tell you exactly where the line is today than let a badge imply more than it delivers.

Where things stand right now

Jobfynder is targeting a late September–October 2026 launch. We're onboarding a limited, invited group first — bench sales recruiters to start, with recruiter and consultant accounts connected through them. A paid Pro tier is planned for later, once the core workflow has proven itself with real, sustained usage, not before — and we'll announce any pricing clearly and in advance.

About this blog

This is where we write about the actual work: hotlists that get ignored, submissions that go untracked, the trust gap between a BSR and a recruiter who've never met, and what we're building to close it. It's written for bench sales recruiters and recruiters in US IT staffing specifically — not general HR content, not generic career advice.

If scattered hotlists and untracked submissions sound like your Tuesday, visit jobfynder.com and open the Live Chat to get in touch.
