Introducing Jobfynder: Connect with Clarity

US IT staffing runs on WhatsApp hotlists, scattered emails, and spreadsheets nobody trusts. Jobfynder replaces that with one connected workflow: Connect, Submit, Place.

Introducing Jobfynder: Connect with Clarity

If you work in US IT staffing, you already know the problem. A job requirement lands in your inbox, gets forwarded to a WhatsApp group, gets copied into a spreadsheet, and by the time three people have touched it, nobody is sure which consultant was actually submitted, or whether the recruiter on the other end even saw it. Relationships that produce real placements live in scattered chat threads instead of anywhere you can search, track, or trust.

Jobfynder is built to fix that.

What Jobfynder actually is

Jobfynder is a professional network built specifically for US IT staffing, where relationships are verified, submissions are tracked, and placements move faster because nothing gets lost between the first message and the final placement. To be clear about what it is not: Jobfynder is not a job board, not a general social network, not an ATS, and not a CRM. It is built around one connected workflow: Connect, Discover, Submit, Trust, Place.

Who it's built for

Bench Sales Recruiters (BSRs) and Recruiters/Account Managers are equally core to how Jobfynder works, since one side markets consultants and the other side sources them against real job requirements. Consultants use Jobfynder too, in the minimum way needed to stay in the loop on their own submissions and status.

Pulse: the part that saves you the manual work

Most staffing workflows today live in Email, Telegram, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, and Slack, spread across five different apps with no single source of truth. Pulse is the part of Jobfynder that reads job and hotlist signals from those exact five channels, then suggests and matches the right consultants, recruiters, and jobs, so you are not manually re-entering the same information for the fifth time today.

Being honest about what "verified" means

We use the word verified carefully. Today, verified on Jobfynder means Basic Verification: a confirmed email, a complete profile, and manual review by our team. It does not yet mean government ID verification, employment or credential verification, or a background check. We would rather tell you exactly where the line is today than let the word do more work than it has earned.

Where things stand right now

Jobfynder will be free during its early-access phase, targeting a late September–October 2026 launch. We're onboarding a limited, invited group first, BSRs to start, with recruiter and consultant accounts connected through them. A paid Pro tier is planned for later, once the core workflow has proven itself with real, sustained usage, not before, and we will announce any pricing clearly and in advance.

If scattered hotlists and untracked submissions sound familiar, this is the start of fixing that. Visit jobfynder.com and open the Live Chat to get in touch, and follow along here for how each part of the workflow works, in the posts ahead.
